Abstract
Thermoluminescence of pure KCl and NaCl crystals, irradiated at 80°K by monochromatic u.v. light, has been investigated. Excitation spectra of the various glow peaks were measured in the region of 120-200 nm. Certain glow peaks were excited by ionizing u.v. radiation and others in the exciton region only.
