N2 - Among the different ways to close for surgical wounds, the use of N- Butyl-2-Cyanoacrylate (Histoacryl®), is gaining popularity; it is effective, easy to use, and shows good cosmetic results. We describe our method of using Histoacryl in detail and discuss its advantages for pediatric surgery, especially for closure of thoracoscopy wounds.
