Funding Information:Much of the direct NGO funding takes place through foreign ministries—the UK FCO funds a number of Israeli and Palestinian peace and human rights NGOs; the U.S. State Department ran the Middle East Peace Initiative (MEPI) until the September 2018 cut-off; the Swiss Foreign Ministry, known as EDA, funded NGOs through the Swiss Peace framework; etc. Through the foreign ministries, the primary Palestinian, Israeli, and Europe-based NGOs promoting soft-war agendas against Israel received an average of $30–40m annually.
