Abstract
We demonstrate ultra-broadband nonlinear interactions in dispersion-engineered periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) waveguides. These waveguides achieve second-harmonic generation (SHG) with >250-nm of bandwidth, and multi-octave supercontinuum generation (SCG) with record-low pulse energies.
