Abstract

Besides the fact that the passages in question does not appear in print, it is interesting because of a alternate, longer version which does. In manuscripts, these two versions of one zoharik homily do not reside in seperate textual objects but rather appear quite near each other, despite the clear textual affinities between them these two versions are presented as seperate tiqqunim. In the following Avi Kallenbach will explore the relationship between the two versions of this text, providing a case study which can shed important light on the textual history of Tiqqune Zohar.
