Abstract
The upper critical field is studied theoretically for the YBA2Cu3Ox monocrystal with a system of parallel twins. The dependence Hc2(T) has a positive curvature ( ∂2Hc2 ∂T2 > 0) in the vicinity of Tc and a perfect crossover to the part with a negative curvature can appear as the temperature decreases. A singular maximum occurs in the angular dependence of Hc2 for the field direction coinciding with a twin plane.
