Abstract

The important time ordering properties of a three time correlation function C3τ12τ3 are evaluated as well as Mandel's Q parameter. It is shown that the relation between the function and line shape fluctuations described by Q generalizes the Wiener-Khintchine theorem, that relates the averaged line shape and the one time dipole correlation function.
