Abstract

Isochronal annealing of paramagnetic centers in BN showed a correlation between EPR, thermally stimulated currents and thermoluminescence measurements. It was found that the one-and three-boron centers give rise to two types of traps with activation energies of (0.7±0.1) eV, respectively.
