Abstract
The temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity K(T) of TTF-TCNQ is analyzed, both above and below the Peierls transition including both the electronic and lattice contributions. The electronic contribution to K(T) is discussed in terms of electron-libron scattering. It is shown that libron-drag effects cause the Wiedemann-Franz ratio to deviate significantly from the ideal Lorenz number. It is predicted that significant changes in K(T) will occur when the sample is subjected to irradiation and/or pressure. Experiments are suggested to test these predictions.
