Abstract
The critical temperature and the upper critical magnetic field for an anisotropic system with fibrous inclusions are obtained. If the fibrous inclusions are in the region with the larger electron-electron interaction value, then the superconducting structure has a filament form. The positive-curvature effects in the temperature dependence of the upper critical magnetic field for a periodic inhomogeneous net is explained.
