Funding Information:
The first author acknowledges the support of a scholarship of the E. W. Beth Stichting during his postgraduate studies in Amsterdam and funding from the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC) in Amsterdam for research trips to Hamburg. The second author would like to thank the MathematicsDepartment of UC Berkeley for their hospitality during the spring of 2014. Both authors were visiting fellows of the programme Mathematical, Foundational and Computational Aspects of the Higher Infinite at the Isaac Newton Institute forMathematical Sciences in 2015. The authors thank Nick Bezhanishvili for an enlightening discussion about cofinal subframe formulas, Jouko Väänänen and Philip Welch for discussions about the meta-mathematical setting in Section 3, and Joel Hamkins for some discussions about the Reitz model in Section 5.
