The Holocaust encyclopedia

A one-volume encyclopedia of the Holocaust, including information collected in the last decade due to the opening of archives in the 1990s and the widening range of topics related to Holocaust study (e.g. Jewish cultural activities during the Holocaust, non-Jewish victims, religion and theology, and Holocaust denial). This work focuses on issues rather than personalities and the geography of the mass murder (although these are included). The entries were written by more than 100 authors from 11 countries. Pp. xiii-xix contain an introduction by Laqueur. Pp. xxi-xxxvii present a chronology of the Holocaust. Pp. 721-735 contain a bibliographical essay by Robert Rozett.
