Abstract

המחקר הנוכחי מציע בחינה של טקסט מהתקופה המוקדמת של הפצת מה שלימים ייקרא "ספר הבהיר". על ידי חלוקה לתקופות של הגרסאות שהיו ידועות, כפי שצוטטו, הועתקו ופורשו בניסוחים שונים, המחבר מבסס מתודולוגיה הדוחה את הרעיון של יצירה אחידה או יציבה שאי פעם התקיימה מחוץ להיסטוריה של ההעתקות. מחקר כזה יציע תרומה להבנת ההיסטוריה של המסמכים שבאמת הופצו, מבלי להתמקד בנוסח אחד בלבד.
