Abstract
This paper is the second in a series of papers. Here special attention is given to the interaction between syntax and semantics in knowledge bases theory. The first paper includes preparatory material which allows to introduce in detail the given approach to a knowledge base model. The considered model of a knowledge base involves various ideas of universal algebra, algebraic logic and algebraic geometry that was introduced by B.I. Plotkin. The main novelty of this approach is that a knowledge base is considered as an algebraic structure. The main goal of this paper is to show that syntax and semantics are tightly connected in the constructed knowledge base model.
