Abstract

The dependence of thermoluminescence intensities on the dose of the exciting radiation was studied in u.v. irradiated KBr crystals. Most of the glow peaks revealed a linear dose dependence. The intensity of the 150°K glow peak was found to depend quadratically on the dose. A two stage process is suggested for the excitation of this glow peak.
