Abstract

In winter 1987-88, in the 0-100 m depth range, picoplankton (0.4-2.5 mm) made 20-40% of total chlorophyll a and ATP concentrations, nanoplankton (2.5-15 mm) 30-50%, large microplankton (15-120 mm) 10-70%. -from English summary
