Abstract
A two-step method for sensitivity optimization in high-order active-RC networks is presented. In a first step the network, including all its parasitics is optimized to meet its specifications. In a second step a modified Schoeftler measure is used as a sensitivity function and is minimized while meeting the specifications. Details of the implementation in a program based on modified nodal formulation are given, and two design examples are demonstrated.
