Abstract
When a photoacoustic signal, measured as a function of an external variable, is referenced to the photoacoustic signal for a fixed value of this variable, it can be advantageous to modulate the external variable, in addition to the normal optical modulation. The use and limitations of such double modulation are illustrated by direct measurements of power curves for solar cells.
