Abstract
In recent years, the stream of information has grown, and we are constantly bombarded with nonstop information for our day-to-day decision-making. As the digital culture advocate Kevin Kelly says in his book, The Inevitable (2016), the fastest-increasing quantity on this planet is the amount of information we are generating. This information is not only present on the servers of tech companies but also surrounds us in every direction. Whether it’s the news, social media feeds, or the agenda and timing of our meetings, there is just too much information that inundates us and urges our attention (Andrejevic, 2013).
