Abstract

The relaxation dynamics of a quenched normalspot in a type-II superconductor is considered analytically and numerically. Different regimes of superconducting nucleation leading to various Abrikosov-vortex structures are predicted. In particular, a ringlikevortex structure and regular growth of the Abrikosov lattice are possible scenarios.
