Abstract
Novel catalysts co-depositing Nb, Ru and Sr ions on TiO2 show enhanced EPR signals for Ru3+ substitutional ions on futile. EPR signals become stronger as the concentration of Nb increases up to 1%. Strong Ru3+ signals are only observed in materials prepared at high temperatures under oxidizing conditions.
