Abstract

This article is a summary of quantitative feedback the ory (QFT) work done at the Weizmann Institute, on linear systems described by partial differential equations(PDE). Synthesis procedures (in time and/or space frequency domain) were developed so as to satisfy specifications (whenever possible) despite of uncertainty affecting (the coeffi cients of) the plant.
