Abstract

Channeling of radiation trough transmission eigenchannels and resonant quasi-normal modes are the dominant mechanisms of wave propagation in scattering random media. In this presentation, the physical properties of these channels and modes are studied numerically and analytically, and possibilities of applications are discussed.
