Abstract
A case report of sacrococcygeal teratoma prenatally diagnosed at 23 weeks of amenorrhea, subsequently causing dilatation of both lower and upper urinary tracts is presented. The importance of repeated ultrasonographic evaluation of fetuses with sacrococcygeal teratoma is discussed.
