Abstract
Mobile personal devices are beginning to be used to perform secure banking, payment, and other transactions. Cell phones, PDAs, and other mobile personal devices are a convenient means for authorizing transactions. In the future, they are likely to incorporate low-cost enhancements providing secure, signed transaction requests, providing third-party verifiable proof of the consumer's agreement to each transaction.
