Abstract

Technology for learning is a continuing topic of interest among educators, employers and society. Much has been tried going back over many years and much has been learned but much remains to be considered. Many issues remain in the face of changes in technology and relevant stakeholders with new issues ever emergent. Each generation of students brings new challenges and new opportunities. Teaching, pedagogy and the role of education and educators continues to evolve. Institutional demands are many as educators and administrators strive to meet changing needs. Technology continues to advance. The purpose of this panel is to explore issues and present experiences with regard to technology for learning with special attention to the role of education and educators.
