On-chip generation of frequency-entangled qudits

Abstract

We demonstrate monolithic AlGaAs sources generating high dimensional frequencyentangled states in the telecom band at room temperature. The reflectivity and dispersion properties of our devices allow producing qudits with d of several tens.
