Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology, maintenance work becomes very difficult due to the use of a large number of new technology, new material and new equipments, which make equipment under repair be more complex. How to evaluate the working posture of servicemen rapidly, accurately and quantitatively is the most important during maintain work. This paper studies typical maintenance working-posture and builds a maintenance working-posture evaluation method which considers the influence of working load and time based on the data acquisition of Shaperecorder. This paper build a human data model through collecting human maintenance action data timely; studies the evaluation standard of the degree of comfort according to the feature of the data; studies and tests the typical maintenance working-posture through experiments and human data; builds up a maintenance working-posture evaluation method considering working load and time. With the use of this method, this paper analyses and evaluates a case of sitting maintenance work. The result of the case application states that this maintenance working-posture evaluation method based on Shaperecorder is scientific, reasonable and effective. It could support a quantitative result to the maintenance working posture evaluation.
