Abstract
Two-photon fluorescence at X-ray frequencies is considered. The material parameters relevant to this nonlinear process are found to be the linear absorption coefficients and oscillator strengths. The two-photon fluorescent decay of a K-shell hole in Cu is predicted to be easily observable with available techniques.
