New phenolic diglycerides from Aegilops ovata

Abstract

Two novel phenolic diglycerides have been isolated from Aegilops ovata together with scopoletin and p-coumaric acid. Spectroscopic evidence and a synthesis confirmed the proposed structures which are presented together with the CMR data for these diglycerides and related model compounds.
