Abstract

For the multi-component system, it often exists that a plurality of maintenance events appear simultaneously or successively in a certain period, while some fault events still can be remained for a period of time after the failure. Based on opportunistic maintenance decision-making theory, according to the dependence between the components of the system, combines fault maintenance event and hard time maintenance event organically, aiming at minimized maintenance cost rate of the residual period, using maintenance resources as constraint conditions, repair time as the optimization variables, the decision model of opportunistic maintenance is to be established in this paper. Finally, model is solved by the optimization algorithm to find the optimal maintenance time.
