Abstract
We examine the parameters that govern the motion of the reaction front in the [Formula Presented] reaction-diffusion system with initially separated reactants. We claim that three different parameters determine the direction of motion of the front at different time regions. We predict the surprising possibility of two switches in the direction of motion of the front, as well as a situation of a stationary front after a single change of direction.
