Abstract

Microphase segregation in molten randomly grafted copolymers (RGC) was studied. A free energy functional was used to investigate the phase transition from a disordered state to lamellar state. Mean field theory and replica methods were employed to calculate the quenched average. The results were compared with those of optical birefringence and small angle neutron scattering (SANS) experiments.
