Abstract

The penetrating or sharp edged weapon injuries in the laryngotracheal region require immediate control of airway as this determines the morbidity and mortality in such cases. Besides, these cases need meticulous repair for a good functional and cosmetic outcome. A case of total crico-tracheal separation and its management is presented.
