Abstract
We fabricated OLEDs on corrugated high-refractive-index substrates. With a macro lens to extract the substrate mode, we were able to achieve an EQE of 63%. The high efficiency was achieved by suppressing the thin film guided modes and efficiently extracting the surface plasmon mode with the corrugated structure.
