Abstract
Discusses a responsum of Rabbi Solomon ibn Adret to the community of Lerida, in the second half of the 13th century, at the time of a campaign of sermons given in synagogues by mendicant friars in the kingdom of Aragón, which the Jews were forced to attend. Ibn Adret's work, in the form of a dialogue showing how a Jew should respond to Christian missionaries, echoes a disputation with, very probably, Raymond Martini on the coming of the Messiah. Includes the original Hebrew text and a Spanish translation.
