Abstract

This chapter introduces the reader to the clinical approach in sexual medicine and describes the different chapters of the book. The book is a comprehensive and practical guide for healthcare professionals who want to improve their knowledge and skills to be able to help patients suffering from often neglected and unrecognized sexual health problems. It describes a multidisciplinary approach based on the most recent available scientific literature and experts clinical experience.
