Abstract

This study described the potential of a new class of ATP analogues as NTPDase inhibitors. From previous studies, 8-BuS-ATP appears to be a specific and efficient NTPDase inhibitor.10–11 This novel inhibitor is a new tool to regulate NTPDase activity and thereby influencing purine signalling in mammalian.
