Abstract

This paper demonstrates the biosensing performance of graphene (RGO)/zinc oxide (ZnO) hybrid thin film transistor (TFT). The high mobility coupled with appreciable on/off ratio enables the detection of Hep-B surface antigen(HBsAg) down to 0.1 fM in high ionic strength buffer, not only with a sensitivity of 60% but also with a high signal to noise ratio(SNR) of 21.5 dB.
