Concerning the toxic waste from the Israeli chemical industries, a decision has been made by the responsible authorities that controlled shallow burial is the preferable disposal method; and, that the disposal site should be in the northern Negev desert. The paper presents seven geomorphic principles in locating toxic waste burial sites. -from Author
