    Abstract

This book examines the policy aspects of student mobility in Belt and Road countries and also, to a certain extent, the pedagogical aspects of international students learning in the globalised world. However, as the number of university age cohorts is about to be reduced in the following decades around the world with the exception of African countries, it is important to pay attention and to design a policy that might support this trend. Future directions hint at the need to design a global policy that might assist African students in enrolling as inbound students in universities around the world. Such a policy might be designated to meet the special needs of these students.
