Abstract
A study was performed on the ferromagnetism of anatase Ti1-xCoxO2-δ films which were grown by ultraviolet-assisted pulsed laser deposition. The Auger depth profiling was used to characterize the in-depth distribution of the constituent elements. An investigation of the temperature dependence of the zero-field-cooled/field-cooled magnetization was performed. It was found that the hysteresis was clearly identified by the nonzero difference between them.
