Abstract
The extraordinary Hall effect in thin films of the itinerant ferromagnet SrRuO3 as a function of temperature is measured. Results show that the extraordinary Hall effect constant Rs cannot be fit with Rs = aρ+bρ2, instead, it can be described as Rs≈cT5+bρ2 where T is temperature and ρ is resistivity.
