Abstract

EPR spectra of Nb-doped TiO2, indicate that Nb occupies substitutional T14+ sites in the form of Nb4-14d1 The liquid mix technique (LMT) is used to mix Nb ions retained in TiO2. Implications of niobium doping for water photocleavage are considered.
