N2 - In the paper, we analyzed the meaning of corporation evolution, as a kind of exoteric complex adaptability system, the corporation evolved toward the higher level followed stated rule in the course of adaptation to change of outside environment. We can scale the corporation evolution using the ability of corporation evolution, and established the index system valued the ability of corporation evolution from the system structure of corporation, included corporation structure, ability and culture. We evaluated some corporation's evolution ability using the fuzz math synthesis method.
