Abstract

This chapter presents a case study in which an international, interfaith youth leadership program, Face to Face/Faith to Faith, uses Action Evaluation (AE) for individual, group and trans-group goal setting, monitoring of progress, assessment and evaluation. This is achieved through employing AE in consensus building, and employing the important tool of personal narrative to uncover values and build relationships across national, cultural and ideological divides
