N2 - The article presents an analysis of Africa's economic growth development for improvement through increasing ethics with African characteristics. The article examines corporate social responsibility, sustainability, education, and collaborative partnerships within Africa's social, environmental and economic resources both domestically and globally. Transforming Africa's economic acceleration will require improvement of responsible business and government practices. This is not something that Africa can easily achieve due to challenges of social and political instability. The authors suggest ways to enhance economic development in Africa according to the UN Guiding Principles in Africa and in other countries through responsible management education.
