Abstract
We present a scaling theory for the wavelength dependence of the static correlation functions C(") as well as for the time dependence "t of the dynamic correlation function C("t) near the optical Anderson transition in terms of the correlation length and the distance from a point source R. We find in both cases two scaling regions. The first critical region is obtained for small changes in " or "t and scales as C("3) and C("t3), respectively, and the other region, which is obtained for larger changes in " or "t, follows a scaling dependence C("13R) and C("t13R), respectively.
