N2 - In our recent paper [1], a misleading paragraph from a draft of our manuscript has appeared on p. 192 after (2.3) in the proof of Theorem 3. The theorem is correct while the proof can be corrected in a simple and natural way as follows. Formula (2.3) is valid if one replaces the Fourier transform on the left-hand side of (2.3) by the Fourier transform of the function (Formula presented.) , where (Formula presented.). By this, (2.3) simply follows from (2.2). Then, the paragraph following after (2.3) (the one in question) must be omitted. The proof after it (now immediately after (2.3)) goes along the same lines but with (Formula presented.) in place of (Formula presented.) (Formula presented.).
