Abstract
We give a complete proof of the equivalence between the constraint equations for N = 3 Yang-Mills superfield connections and the supersymmetric field equations. The key element in establishing one-to-one correspondences between the superconnection constraint equations, the superfield equations and the component field equations is the introduction of a suitable choice of "transversal" gauge which eliminates all gauge transformations depending on fermionic coordinates.
